If you are using an incorrect username or password with a registered email address (your email address links your user name and password) you will always have trouble logging in. Yes. You will be able to purchase resources that are currently out of stock and therefore guarantee a copy for yourself when it is received at ACR. No need to spend any more time searching! Most items arrive by sea freight (to keep our prices to a minimum) and so out of stock lines can take up to 10 weeks to come in. We do special orders by Air as well.

If you choose to pick up your order, and have not already paid via PayPal or Direct Deposit, then payment can be made by cash, bank cheque, or Credit Card at the time of pick up (please select the Cheque/Money Order payment option during Checkout). Ordinary cheques can be accepted in some cases, but only with prior agreement.
That's no problem at all. We ship goods all over the world. We offer a range of options including Express Post, Air Mail and Sea Mail. Your overseas order payment will not be processed however until we have given you a shipping cost quote according to your requirement. We will quote your international shipping charge and send this information to you by email. Once accepted we will send your order.
We can ship using EXPRESS POST for next day delivery to Capital Cities and 2+ days to most other places in Australia.
Shipping within Australia is calculated based on the total value of your order. We ship on most occasions through Australia Post parcel service. (eParcel) It's really simple and it makes lots of sense. If you buy more, we reward you with cheaper shipping and handling. See the table below.
